Representatives from UNMC LiveGreen patrolled the campus last week and presented treats to employees who:
- Closed shades, blinds and curtains.
- Lowered lighting levels in work spaces and turned off lights in unoccupied spaces.
- Turned off and unplugged all electrical equipment not in use.
- Had fume hood sashes closed.

If you didn’t get a treat, don’t worry. LiveGreen volunteers may be back out to reward those who help conserve natural resources, save energy, keep the load off the campus energy system, and save money.
And if you did get a treat, keep up the good work. There’s nothing to say you can’t get more.
