The 2013 SHARING the Green Golf Tournament, sponsored by Metro Credit Union, will be held Aug. 9 at the Shoreline Golf Course in Carter Lake, Iowa.
There will be a 1 p.m. shotgun start for the event, which is the most important fundraiser for the SHARING Clinic, a group of student-run clinics that provide care to underserved people in Omaha and Lincoln.
The clinics serve more than 1,200 patients annually with a variety of health care services.
The tournament is now in its 14th year.
SHARING the Green is currently accepting reservations for foursomes and individuals. This best ball tournament includes 18 holes with cart, range balls, lunch and a chance for prizes.
The cost is $100 for individual registration or $375 for a foursome.
