Library seeking donations for book sale

If you’re in a spring cleaning frame of mind, the McGoogan Library of Medicine can help you clear away those old books you have lying around the house.

The library is currently taking donations for its spring reading sale. The sale helps re-distribute your donated books to others. All proceeds of the sale are used to purchase books for Fontenelle Elementary School’s library. Fontenelle Elementary is the McGoogan Library’s sister elementary school.

The spring reading sale features fiction, trade paperbacks, hardbacks, mass market and genre fiction, children’s books, YA books, non-fiction, magazines, CDs, DVDs, and computer software.

The sale will start during National Library Week, April 14 to 21, and continue through the beginning of May. Books will be on sale daily during library hours.

Please bring your donations to the McGoogan Library of Medicine, sixth floor of Wittson Hall.
