Come to Fall Fest today!

It’s nice out so weather should be no hindrance for you today at the second-annual Fall Fest in the Scott Student Plaza.

Give this obstacle course a try at Fall Fest today!

The 65-foot obstacle course that is set up in the plaza, well, that may be a different story.

But seriously folks, some real fun will be had up in the student plaza today so head up there and have a fall ball!

What: Fall Fest is an employee and student appreciation event that will feature:

• Free food samples from a variety of Midtown Crossing vendors including Cantina Laredo, CRAVE, Pana-88, Ingredient and Delice;
  
• A 65-foot inflatable obstacle course;
  
• Lawn games;
  
• A Husker ticket giveaway — see NU play Minnesota on Nov. 17;
  
• Coffees for $1 and cappuccinos for $1.50 inside the Sorrell Center C-store;
  
• Booths from the Joslyn Art Museum, Omaha Community Playhouse, Rose Theater, Lauritzen Gardens, Durham Museum, SAC and Omaha Performing Arts; and
  
• A booth where you can buy such UNMC fall apparel as T-shirts, hoodies, stadium blankets, insulated travel cups, plus a variety of sweet treats.

When: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Scott Student Plaza.
