Tell us a bit about what you do here at UNMC.

I wear a multitude of hats. I am a staff assistant and provide clerical/accounting/travel support to several managers or assistant deans. At times you will even find me in the biopsy services office preparing kits and mailing to dentists all across the country. Never a dull moment with my job!

Being a trusted resource is one of UNMC’s brand values. Tell us of a time you witnessed a person or group act as a trusted resource at UNMC.

Every year the COD hosts Dental Day to provide free dental treatment to children who otherwise would receive none. Along with the dental services, this day is packed full of fun-filled activities. Seeing dedicated faculty, staff and students interact with these children is an amazing and heartwarming experience.
