At an informational meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 25 you can learn about the F.A.S.T. Diet, which has helped people on campus drop thousands of pounds.
When: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: Bennett Hall, Room 2020
How it works: The principles of the F.A.S.T. program are simple and have nothing to do with fasting. Continue to eat whatever foods you like while you learn control. Start exercise slow and focus on improvement and accountability and consistency.
