UNMC faculty and staff are encouraged to submit proposals for the April 2013 Greater Omaha Young Professionals Summit. The vision this year is to encourage attendees to activate their social capital and influence change within our community. The presentation topics are:
- Personal and professional development
- Community and civic responsibility
- Business start-up and development
- Health and wellness
- Public engagement
- Inclusivity
- Public transportation and urban design
The annual summit — organized by the Greater Omaha Young Professionals, a program of the Greater Omaha Chamber — brings together more than 1,500 young professionals and community leaders.
