Ceremony information
Gather your teammates to come out for today’s ceremony to celebrate the end of the challenge, get your medals and take group and team photos.
The ceremony gets started with a short procession from the campus art feature to the student plaza ice rink area for the medal presentation and group photos.
Everyone’s a winner
Some of the teams that acquired more than the 8.6 million steps needed to get to London have “donated” steps to teams that didn’t make it all the way to London.
Therefore, each UNMC Walks to the Olympics participant is eligible to receive a medal.
