The Center for Reducing Health Disparities Summer Intern Program seeks health care professionals, allied health workers and faculty and/or staff members who would be interested in allowing students to shadow them.
The students would spend two- to four-hours observing what professionals do to learn more about particular health care fields.
Dates and times
The dates for shadow experiences are:
- June 7, 14 and 21; and
- July 12 and 19.
All shadow sessions will be held between 1 and 4 p.m.
About the students
The students are summer employees of UNMC who will have received HIPAA training.
