What is your best memory from your time at UNMC?

My best memory would have to be the story about a UNMC student who was inspired to become a physician after her doctor found out the cause of her severe stomach pains as a child. Twenty-three years later, she was reunited with that physician who inspired her dream and it was just an awesome and beautiful moment to witness and be a part of.

“Working together” is a brand value I witness every day here at UNMC. I work closely with our media relations team and we produce many informative consumer health segments and medical stories every week for area media. We work together as a team and there is no better feeling than to know that you have support and guidance from your managers and co-workers. I continue to be inspired by this collaboration and I’m committed to developing and forging those kinds of relationships with people here on campus and within the community.
