Employees and students of UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians are invited to register for free art classes. Classes are offered as part of our campus partnership with the Joslyn Art Museum.
Get your hands dirty as you learn to blend, smear and smudge pastels to create images of the plants, flowers and landscapes you observe.
When: June 5, 12, 19 and 26 (all Tuesdays) from 6 to 8 p.m.
Where: Scott Student Plaza. The classes will move to Lied Rooms 1, 2 and 3 if the weather is inclement.
Who: The instructor is Ron Sykes.
Registration: Registration is required. Email unmcevents@unmc.edu to sign up. Class size is limited to 16 participants. All materials are provided.
