Lauritzen Garden reps on campus today, discounted memberships available

Representatives from Lauritzen Gardens — Omaha’s botanical center — will be on campus to today to sell reduced-fare memberships from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sorrell Center second floor commons.

Employees can purchase discounted memberships to Lauritzen Gardens in April and May.

Employees of UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians receive $10 discounts on memberships to the gardens during a membership drive that is underway and runs through May 31.

These savings are available on the garden’s individual, dual, family, grandparent and patron levels of membership.

Membership allows unlimited entry into the gardens for an entire year and free admission to special members’ events, receptions and preview parties.

Garden reps will be back on campus to sell memberships on Thursday, May 17.
