A talk on the social life of health care will be featured during the 23rd Visiting Nurse Scholar event on March 28 at Field Club of Omaha, 3615 Woolworth Ave.
UNMC and The Nebraska Medical Center invite nursing faculty and nurses to hear a talk by Diane Skiba, Ph.D., professor and project director at the University of Colorado College of Nursing. Her presentation will explore how social media is influencing health care and address the potential impact on the health care system, patient relationships and consumer engagement.
