Did you know you can share contacts and groups in Microsoft Outlook?
From Outlook 2010 Contact View, right click on the group or contact and select Forward Contact > As Outlook Contact and send (Outlook 2007 – Send full contact > in Outlook format).
When recipients receive it, they can drag the group to their contacts view, without having to recreate the group.
Groups still work in Lotus
You also can continue to send email from Lotus Notes using those distribution groups until June (when Notes goes away).
Emails sent from Lotus Notes will be automatically routed to Outlook mail. That way you’ll have plenty of time to re-create those distribution lists in Outlook.
