The new US Bank P-Cards have arrived.
To make the transition as convenient as possible for cardholders, the distribution schedule below has been created.
Wednesday
- 1:30 to 2 p.m. — 4230 Building, Conference Room 2018
- 2:15 to 3:30 p.m. — Durham Research Center II Commons
- 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. — Wittson Hall, Room 3037
Thursday
- 1:30 to 2 p.m. — Student Life Center, Center for Healthy Living Front Desk
- 2:05 to 3 p.m. — Sorrell Center, 2nd Floor Atrium
- 3:05 to 3:30 p.m. — College of Public Health, Conference Room 2009
- 3:35 to 4 p.m. — College of Nursing Dean’s Conference Room (Room 2007)
Friday
- 8:30 to 9 a.m. — Sorrell Center, 2nd Floor Atrium
- 9:15 to 10:45 a.m. — Durham Research Center II Commons
- 11 to 11:30 a.m. — Munroe Meyer Institute Conference, Room 3016
Please keep in mind the following important points:
- You will need to hand in your UMB Bank P-Card when you pick up your new US Bank PCard.
- Each cardholder must pick up and sign for his/her own card. Do not ask colleagues to pick up cards for others.
- Those unable to pick up their cards during the times listed can pick them up at the Administration Center in Room 3001.
- Unless special arrangements are made, cards must be picked up by Friday, May 4 or they will be destroyed.
- New cards may be activated by phone anytime after they are picked up. Instructions for activation will be included with your new P-Card at the time of pick up.
