This morning, UNMC officially switched to the Microsoft Outlook email system.
This means that employees will now receive all emails in the new system.
Remember that you’ll continue to have access to your Lotus Notes email until June so you still have time to move old emails over to the new system.
This week’s tip — password issues
Does your Lotus Notes password not work to log into Outlook? Outlook requires your UNMC NetID, which is what you use to log into your computer in the morning.
If you cannot remember this password, the easiest thing to do is to reset your password by going to https://net.unmc.edu and select “Reset Password.”
This will synchronize several accounts including your computer log-on, UNMC ESS, and Black Board Accounts. (Firefly passwords remain separate and are not synced by this process.)
