When the UNMC campus switches to the new email system on March 6, users will access their email either from the Outlook Client or the Outlook Web App from an internet browser.
The programs that will be used to access Outlook email include:
- Outlook Web App (OWA) — Off and on campus (this version is required if you have Office 2004 or older). Students will use OWA only;
- Outlook 2010 — On campus if you have a PC with Office 2010 (recommended);
- Outlook 2007 — On campus if you have a PC with Office 2007; and
- Outlook 2011 — On campus if you have a Mac with Office 2011.
Instructions on how to set up Outlook on your computers will be forthcoming.
