The Health Care and Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account deadline to incur claims for 2011 is Dec. 31 in order to receive reimbursement.
Only expenses for services received in 2011 and after the effective date of your coverage may be reimbursed, provided such services were incurred in a benefits eligible status.
Contributions not reimbursed will be forfeited. Employees who participate in both the Health Care and Dependent Day Care Accounts may not use money from one account to cover expenses in the other account.
Claim deadline
The deadline to submit claims for 2011 is Friday, March 30.

Please note
If you have already submitted claims that equal your total 2011 Reimbursement Account contributions, no further action is required.
