Wellness Wednesday – CFHL rates to increase slightly on July 1
The Center for Healthy Living will have a slight increase in membership prices — the first in its 15 year existence — effective July 1.
Did you know?
A Center for Health Living membership includes:
- Free fitness classes;
- A wide variety of cardio and weight equipment;
- Locker rooms; and
- A multipurpose gymnasium that features a walking/running track, two full-size basketball courts, a heavy bag for boxing, badminton, table tennis and volleyball.

UNMC, UNMC Physicians, and The Nebraska Medical Center employee members who currently have single ongoing memberships and have fees payroll deducted will see a $2 monthly increase starting with their July paychecks.
Dual and family membership fees will increase $3 and $4 respectively.
