A look ahead to the public health building opening

The campus community is invited to Wednesday’s official opening of the Harold M. and Beverly Maurer Center for Public Health at 519 S. 40th Plaza Circle.

The ceremony starts at 11 a.m. with tours of the center — the new home of the UNMC College of Public Health — to follow.

The ceremony will be broadcast online at www.unmc.edu.

A public open house featuring refreshments and tours of the new center will be held Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
