Benefit ‘U’ in focus – Eligibility audit verification phase ends May 6

Those who do are reminded that the verification phase of the dependent eligibility audit of those benefit programs ends next Friday, May 6.

Employees must provide proof of eligibility of dependents covered under the university’s medical and/or dental insurance plans.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT EMPLOYEES COMPLY WITH THE AUDIT AS FAILING TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN DEPENDENTS BEING DROPPED FROM COVERAGE.

Employees are encouraged to view these fliers, which show:

• Dependent eligibility requirements; and
  
• Documents needed to prove eligibility for various dependents.
