Due to overwhelming response, Tuesday’s Olson Center Brown Bag on alternatives to antidepressant medication will move into the Durham Research Center Auditorium.

What: Dr. Josh Friedman, psychologist and holistic health counselor with Integrative Psychotherapy of Omaha, will share brain-targeted nutrient therapy strategies proven to be the most effective alternatives to medication management of depression and anxiety. He also will discuss how stress affects us at a cellular level and how we can use this information to implement brain-targeted nutritional strategies.

Cost: The lecture is free. However if you would like to obtain nursing credit, the cost is $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
