Boston Brass, Imani Winds tickets available for $10

Afternoon preview

The Boston Brass will put on a free show for the campus on Friday at noon as a prelude to the evening concert.

Employees at UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians can buy tickets for Friday evening’s Boston Brass Quintet and Imani Winds concert at the Holland Center for the Performing Arts for just $10.

Friday evening’s concert is sponsored by UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians, and employees can get discounted tickets at www.eventusher.com (use “UNMCTIX” password).

During the evening concert, the two powerful ensembles will join forces to perform a selection of chamber jazz pieces from composers such as Miles Davis and Gil Evans.
