As a member of the University of Nebraska community, your feedback is important to the continued growth and enhancement of our business applications:
- Firefly;
- Employee Self Service (ESS);
- Manager Self Service (MyStaff);
- SAP; and
- SAPPHIRE.
Whether you use them on a daily basis or are only familiar with ESS, your input on the usability and future direction of these applications is important.
Beginning on Oct. 18, a survey will be made available to you and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
After completing the survey, you’ll have an opportunity to enter a drawing to win one of two iPod Nanos. Responses to past surveys have had a significant impact on future enhancements, such as:
- Deployment of new SAP budget application;
- Reimbursement process for non-travel related expenses;
- Ability to approve Leave and Travel requests via a Blackberry device;
- Capability for managers to substitute an approver for both leave and travel requests; and
- Enhanced Firefly content for employees and managers.
Although we are asking for your opinion now by means of this survey, users may submit a suggestion at anytime.
