Today is the last day to take the 2010 Employee Satisfaction Survey and 2010 Satisfaction Survey.
On Sept. 15, Jerry Dyksterhuis, LLC distributed the surveys via e-mail to all regular full-time and part-time employees who have Lotus Notes e-mail addresses.
The sender of the e-mails was Satisfaction_Survey@insala.com and were titled “Employee Satisfaction Survey” for faculty and staff and “Satisfaction Survey” for graduate assistants and house officers.
