Tobacco-free campus survey coming soon

Survey access

Access to the survey link will be distributed within the next several days via e-mail from Jayme Nekuda, Ph.D., director of benefits and work-life programs, directly to all regular full-time and part-time employees who have Lotus Notes e-mail addresses.

Employees will soon be able to take a survey to assess the impact of UNMC’s Tobacco-Free Campus initiative.

UNMC officially became a tobacco-free campus last August and campus officials want to see how that initiative has affected campus tobacco-users during the past year.

The survey:

  • Is completely confidential;
  • Should take just a few minutes to complete; and
  • Will help campus officials see what changes can be made to help more people kick the habit.

In order to assure confidentiality, UNMC has obtained the services of a private organization, The Wellness Council of the Midlands, to process and tabulate the survey responses.
