Quick, think of five things others should know about you.
That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”
Each Thursday, we randomly select a medical center employee to feature.
This week, we feature Danielle Dohrmann, higher education project coordinator in International Health and Medical Education.
Danielle Dohrmann |
- I’m proud to have both Sioux and Cherokee Indian heritage;
- I worked on a roofing team one summer in my (misguided) youth;
- I’m enrolled in the MSIA Graduate Studies program, doctoral track, with a focus area of International Health;
- I was nicknamed “Cake Boss” as the OR charge nurse on a UNMC Haiti Relief trip in January; and
- I once waited out a torrential downpour at a Memorial Park Independence Day concert celebration with two of my three children (age 3 and 5 at the time) in a port-a-potty. Luckily it was early in the evening!
Read UNMC Today next Thursday to see who is featured in the next Lookin’ at U article. Who knows — it could be U.
