Below is a list of recent achievements, activities and happenings involving UNMC staff, faculty and students.

Ally and Alex Linsky, the twin granddaughters of UNMC Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., and his wife Beverly, celebrate their third birthdays at a party in Tampa, Fla.

The neuroradiology division of the radiology department recently received the Summa Cum Laude Award from the American Society of Neuroradiology. Those honored were:

• Matthew White, M.D., associate professor and section chief;
  
• Yan Zhang, research associate;
  
• Patrick Millerd, M.D., house officer II;
  
• David Penn, integration;
  
• David Poage, M.D., associate professor; and
  
• Matthew Omojola, M.B.B.S., professor.

Artist Karen Linder — the wife of Jim Linder, M.D., executive director of UNeMed — will exhibit her paintings at Nomad Lounge at 1013 Jones St., from July 8-24. An exhibit opening will be held on July 8. Linder will donate a percentage of the sales to support the UNMC School of Allied Health Professions.
