UNMC LINK members and those interested in becoming more involved with the group are invited to join Sam Mandalfo, the enterprise account executive for Linked-in, as he presents how to leverage Linked-in as a professional.
He will discuss Linked-in tips, best practices, techniques and applications at noon on June 15 in the Sorrell Center, Room 2014.
UNMC LINK is a new employee group that represents a dynamic and energetic group of medical center faculty and staff who are interested in linking UNMC to the community.
UNMC LINK participants will have opportunities for networking, career development and involvement in engaging the greater Omaha community.
Different events will be held each month for UNMC LINK participants interested in the group including social, networking, professional development and philanthropy events. UNMC LINK also will partner with different career development groups in other companies such as Union Pacific, Mutual of Omaha and OPPD throughout the year.
