That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”

Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee to feature.

This week, we feature Nicki Simmons, student affairs coordinator in the physician assistant program in the School of Allied Health Professions.

Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Nicki:

We have three kids — a freshman in college, a fifth grader and a first grader.
I live on a farm and we raise Boer Goats. We have about 30.
Our family loves going to amusement parks.
My husband sang “Keeper of the Stars” to me at our wedding, which was 12 years ago on April 18.
I love to scrapbook even though I never seem to find the time.
