That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”
Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee to feature.
This week, we feature Lorie Murdoch, a radiology technician at the UNMC Physicians Clinic in Plattsmouth.

- I’ve worked 13 years at the Plattsmouth Clinic where I am a certified radiology tech;
- Coming to work is my second home. I really enjoy all the patients here, especially the ones that have been coming here as long as me!
- A strange man came to the clinic about 10 years ago with flowers and candy and introduced himself. We have been married ever since.
- We have two boys, ages 7 and 27, and also 2 girls, ages 14 and 16.
- I love riding my horses and enjoy living out in the country.
