With three days left in the annual United Way drive, UNMC has raised $126,251 — which is 87 percent of its goal of $143,094.
As of Tuesday, 1,093 — or about 30 percent — of UNMC’s faculty and staff members have participated in the drive. UNMC’s participation goal is 100 percent.
Those who participate by Friday — the campaign’s final day — will be eligible to win prizes such as tickets to Nebraska’s Nov. 21 football game against Kansas State and gift cards to local businesses.
