Susie Thorne will be back on campus Thursday to kick off the “Music as Medicine” series.

Thorne and her jazz band friends will kick off the sixth season of the “Music as Medicine” with a free noon concert in the Durham Outpatient Center,West Atrium.

Patients, staff, students and the community are cordially invited to the free hour long concert. Bring lunch and a friend to the Durham Outpatient Center-West Atrium to enjoy Thorne’s unique vocals and great professional sidemen.

Her interpretations of jazz classics will brighten your day.
