Record research numbers, employee survey results, low employee turnover rates at UNMC and the “I Love UNMC” social media campaign will be among the topics at chancellor’s forums for employees and faculty on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and Wednesday, Dec. 3.
Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D.; John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for business and finance-human resources; and Public Affairs Director Renee Fry will speak during the forums, each of which will conclude with a question-and-answer session.
On Dec. 2, the forum will begin at noon in the Durham Research Center Auditorium. The Dec. 3 forum will begin at 9 a.m. in the Maisie Paustian Amphitheater (Room 3001) in the Michael F. Sorrell Center for Health Science Education.
A sign language interpreter will be available at the Dec. 2 forum, and that forum will be broadcast to:
- Lincoln, College of Dentistry, Dixon Lecture Hall; College of Nursing, Room 304;
- Scottsbluff: Panhandle Station, Room 204; and
- Kearney: WSTC 144
Cookies and soft drinks will be served at the Dec. 2 forum. Only water is permitted in the Paustian amphitheater for the Dec. 3 forum.
