Quick, think of five things others should know about you.
That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”
Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee or student to feature.
This week, we feature Clifford Miles, M.D., assistant professor in the section of nephrology.
Clifford Miles, M.D. |
- Despite never running more than a mile through high school (and even then only because I was forced to during gym class), I now run as my form of escape. My fourth trail marathon is coming up in a couple weeks.
- I’ve never broken a bone (that mattered). Probably shouldn’t jinx myself given the upcoming marathon mentioned above.
- I have CDs that range from Merle Haggard to AC/DC and I listen to them. A lot.
- If I changed careers now, I would become a goose hunting guide in the Dakotas.
- I was a math major. So my wife takes care of all our finances. I don’t even know where the checkbook is, nor could I successfully balance it.
Read UNMC Today next Thursday to see who is featured in the next Lookin’ at U article. Who knows — it could be U.
