Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Diane:

- I have two kids that are 20 years apart in age. My son Dan is 28 and my daughter Melanie is 8;
- I’m in a cover band called Crash Landon and the Survivors;
- I’ve worked at UNMC for 27 years;
- I have master’s and bachelor’s degrees in communications; and
- I live in the Loess Hills and because of that, I have time to listen to a lot of books on tape on my way to and from work.
