Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee or student to feature.
This week, we feature Lindsay Martinez, a second-year physicians assistant student in the School of Allied Health Professions.
Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Lindsay.

- I have two kids. Gabriel is 4 and Annalise is 14 months.
- My husband, who was my high school sweetheart, is a fourth year dental student at Creighton.
- I am a native Texan and spent most of my life in the Dallas area.
- I have been a vegetarian for 16 years.
- I love to cook and bake. I even considered opening a bakery at one point.
