This week, we feature Kristi DeHaai, clinical studies associate II in the kidney pancreas transplantation unit.
Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Kristi.

- I’m a lifelong student who is currently working on a master’s in behavioral genetics.
- I have two little girls ages 3 and 6, the oldest of which was born in the Netherlands. I also have one step-son, age 10, who lives in New Hampshire.
- My husband is in the Air Force, yet we have amazingly been able to stay in the Omaha metro for going on six years.
- I have a 17-year-old cat.
- I started a veterinary clinic in the Netherlands that supported NATO troops stationed in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
