Lookin’ at U – John Ingraham

That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”

Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee to feature.

This week, we feature John Ingraham, campus security sergeant in the UNMC Security Office.

Here, in his own words, are five fun facts about John:

• I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 32 years, Teresa, who works in OB/GYN;

• I have three sons Marc, J.C. and Christopher, of whom I am very proud.

• I have worked in UNMC Security for more than 30 years.

• I have several old cars and – rather than let them sit in a garage — enjoy driving them around town.

• I have sung the National Anthem at Rosenblatt Stadium, toured western Europe with a choir from the Midwest and sung in several choirs in the metropolitan area.
