Lookin’ at U — Bonnie Morehead

That’s the theme behind a new series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”

Each Thursday, we will randomly select a medical center employee to feature.

And when we say random, we mean that we close our eyes, open the green employee directory and point at a name.

This week, we feature Bonnie Morehead, a financial analyst in the UNMC Department of Psychiatry.

Here, in her own words, are five fun facts about Bonnie:

• I take a vacation to a warm, sunny beach each year during the winter. Some of the places we have visited are Florida, Jamaica, Isla Murjeres, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Cancun in Mexico.

• I adore my 27-year-old son’s company.

• I was born in Albany, N.Y., and lived in Florida for 13 years before moving to the Midwest.

• My favorite place to dine in Omaha is The Flatiron Cafe.

• I enjoy a good movie.
