Fred Williams

Click here to see a blog from Sean Duffy, a health informatics programmer analyst in the UNMC Department of Internal Medicine, about his memories of Fred Williams, a food and nutrition employee known for running the omelet line in the Nebraska Cafe. Williams died on Jan. 3 at the age of 57.
