Million-Step Monday — Gold Shoe deadline today

Resolutions reminder For those of you who took last Monday off and missed the article calling for New Year’s resolutions, you can go back and see the story by clicking here. UNMC employees have until Thursday, Jan. 18 to submit their New Year’s resolutions to today@unmc.edu to be published.

Today is the last day to get in your December step totals and compete for the Gold and Silver Shoe awards.

Just tally up your steps for the month and send them to today@unmc.edu and see if you walked your way to one of the monthly awards.

The December Gold and Silver show winners will be announced in next Monday’s Million-Step Monday article.

The following is a list of UNMC employees who have recently reached one of the 250,000-step markers in the 1 Million Step Challenge. Send an e-mail to today@unmc.edu with your name, department and tell us what step milestone you reached and we’ll post it on the list.
