UNMC is sponsoring “Same Time, Next Year,” a play showing at the Omaha Community Playhouse, and touted as one of the most romantic comedies ever to hit Broadway.
The play, by Bernard Slade, follows a love affair between two people who rendezvous once a year. Twenty-five years of manners, morals and attitudes are hilariously mirrored by the lovers as we watch. Very funny and genuinely romantic, this play remains one of the most widely produced plays in history.
UNMC employees and students may purchase tickets at a discounted price to “Same Time, Next Year,” showing on Preview Night on Thursday, Jan. 17, at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are limited to four per family, and are available for $5 each with valid student/employee identification.
To make your reservation, please e-mail Jill Carson at jlcarson@unmc.edu with your name, department, and number of tickets needed.
