A program to increase hand hygiene awareness is underway at The Nebraska Medical Center.
A brief refresher educational course is available for physicians, staff and any others wishing to learn more about hand hygiene.
The course can be accessed via the UNMC intranet under the Quick Connections list.
Look for “Compliance” and click on “Hand Hygiene.”
Patient care providers should complete the “clinical” course and those who do not provide patient care should complete the “non-clinical” course.
