Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, known collectively as inflammatory bowel disease, affect nearly 1.5 million people in the United States — 8,000 of them in Nebraska, some as young as age 7.

The mission of CCFA is to cure and prevent Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis through research, and to provide education and support designed to improve the quality of life for the children and adults who have these diseases.
