11 UNMC College of Pharmacy students initiated into national pharmacy leadership society

The Beta Xi Chapter of Phi Lambda Sigma, the national pharmacy leadership society at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy, held initiation ceremonies for 11 Nebraska students at a banquet at the Georgetowne Club in Omaha on Nov. 17.  The new initiates and their hometowns included:

The purpose of Phi Lambda Sigma is the encouragement, recognition, and promotion of leadership in pharmacy. Dr. Charles Krobot, associate dean for academic affairs for the UNMC College of Pharmacy, is the faculty advisor for the Phi Lambda Sigma Chapter.
