Two 30-second radio ads highlighting UNMC’s 500-mile campus will be played on the Pinnacle Sports Network this fall and winter during Nebraska Cornhusker football and basketball games.
The first ad emphasizes the reach of the UNMC’s educational programs, said Sandy Goetzinger-Comer, director of public affairs. The second highlights UNMC’s research and its economic impact throughout the state.
In addition to these ads, three other 60-second commercials will air on other Pinnacle Network stations across the state. These ads showcase the College of Nursing’s Distance Learning Program and the College of Dentistry’s Dental Day, and Alexander Kabanov’s research into nanotechnology to enhance drug delivery.
The commercials will start Sept. 4 and run through the football and basketball seasons.
