New, exterior signs are being hung to reflect the new name of UNMC’s clinical partner, The Nebraska Medical Center.
In addition, the new signs reflect the change from University Hospital to University Tower and Clarkson Hospital to Clarkson Tower.
“We’ve really been overwhelmed with positive feedback about the new image that’s being projected,” said Tadd Pullin, vice president of marketing and strategic planning.
The name change, which took effect July 15, did not impact the hospital’s relationship with UNMC.
Exterior signs will be updated first, followed by interior wayfinding signs, Pullin said. Hospital officials hope to update all exterior signs before the end of the year.
