in one’s diet by modifying traditional food recipes. Low-fat does
not have to mean bland and boring. Low-fat dishes can also be packed
with flavor. Participants will learn how to prepare a tasty low-fat bean
dip recipe and will be given samples to enjoy. Participants will
not be disappointed in this low-fat recipe.
