Forty-two faculty members who have served 10, 20 or 30 years at UNMC will be recognized at the Annual Faculty Meeting Thursday, April 11 at 4 p.m., in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater. A reception, hosted by UNMC Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., will follow the meeting at approximately 5 p.m. in the private dining rooms.
Terry Hexum, Ph.D., professor of pharmacology in the College of Medicine and president of the Faculty Senate, will report on Senate activities during the past year. Chancellor Maurer also will address the faculty, after which UNMC’s Outstanding Teachers will be honored.
